This page explains some of the open source software that I am familiar with installing and configuring. If you have never heard of open source software let me explain, open source software is software that you are allowed to download, modify, and use free of charge.

None of the software I talk about on this page is mine, nor do I make any claim that it is mine. I provided the links to the developers for all of the software I talk about. You can visit their sites to find out more info about a particular software and how you might want to use it on your site.

I also provided links to all of the software as I have installed and modified it on this site. This is what I use to test and experiment with the software. It helps me learn it so I can get your site up and running faster.

There is a Forum (your standard Forum stuff). The Forum software is from phpBB. You can see a demonstration of this software I have installed on my site here.

 The Calendar (Multi User Multi Calendar Software) software is from k5n. You can see a demonstration of this software I have installed on my site here. There is also the latest test version of the Calendar called CVS 111 you can look at here.

A Gallery (A picture managing software) that can be used to enhance your website. The Gallery software is from Menalto. You can see a demonstration of this software I have installed on my site here.

I just installed the Blog software and I am still getting acquainted with it. The Blog software is from WordPress. You can see a demonstration of this software I have installed on my site here.

I am also getting acquainted with the ZenCart software which is an online retail store. The software is from ZenCart. You can see a demonstration of this software I have installed on my site here.
